Enrique Vivot
Managing Partner
Enrique is a Managing Partner of SCP. Previously to this role, he was Managing Director and Head of Southern Cone Global Banking at UBS Investment Bank, including Argentina, Chile, Peru, Paraguay and Uruguay for 15 years. He also acted as Chairman of UBS BB Argentina and member of the regional Executive Committee. Before joining UBS in 2007, Enrique worked at Merrill Lynch Investment Banking for more than 9 years, where he was based in London for the last 6 years, and in New York and Buenos Aires before.
Enrique has 25 years of investment banking experience, having led and participated in transactions worth over USD 200bn with governments, institutions, and companies in many sectors and industries. Enrique’s experience extends across the majority of the countries in Latin America and Europe and covers a wide range of products including M&A (sell-side, buy-side, defense, take private, etc.), Equity (IPOs, follow-ons, block trades, convertibles, hybrid structures, derivatives, SPACs, etc.), and fixed income (sovereign and corporate bonds, structured bonds, project bonds, liability management, restructurings, structured financing, special situations, structured loans, etc.).
Enrique holds a Bachelor in Business Administration, with Magna Cum Laude honors, from Universidad de San Andrés in Buenos Aires. He also participated in finance specialization courses at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and Babson College in Boston
